No, we do not provide
printing services through VD4C. After completing a web design project, we
will publish your site to the hosting service. For all other publication
services, we prefer to forward your files in PDF (Adobe Reader) and PPT
(PowerPoint) formats. However, in the case that you need printing, we will
outsource to an affordable printing service and bill you the total price.
We will notify you with the quote before moving forward with the actual
printing.
Yes, VD4C will design
select logos based on the nature of the request. In the event that we
cannot design the logo, we reserve the
right to assign subcontractors to insure the right fit for the job as well as
on-time completion. We will notify you of the subcontractor and the fee
before moving forward with your customized logo design. Upon completion
you will receive your logo, and the design will officially be published on your
site.
Yes, we would be more than
happy to travel locally for consulting sessions. However, there are
stipulations on the distance. If we are unable to travel, we will provide
consultation in the following ways:
The initial session will
be free of charge. Each additional hour will be billed at $25.00.
Please note that it is FREE to submit the online form, contact us through mail
or email, or send us a fax. You will only be charged for phone
consultation and actual visits.
Yes, we encourage you to
have at least one preferred domain. If that domain is available, that will
be your personal domain. If that domain is not available, we will
supply you with a minimum of three possible domains to choose from.
No, our prices are not
negotiable. However, we are willing to discuss a possible payment plan to
work with your budget. We desire to serve you
and will make necessary accommodations to do so.
As official VD4C
clients, you may reduce your maintenance fees by participating in our voucher
program. With each referral (leading to the purchase of a web consulting
package), you will receive a 10% credit towards your maintenance cost.
